Episode 4 Description: Even though she had a great time with Pia when they met for drinks, Christina still feels the need to clear the air. Pia is happy to get some "new tires" but the morning of her breast implant surgery, she's suddenly feeling a sense of dread. Nora is determined to confront Renee about her disrespectful behavior at her father's memorial lunch. But their friendship takes a nasty turn as both ladies tear into each other for their failures as a friend. Nora makes one last attempt to mend their decades-long friendship, but a violent confrontation changes their lives forever.
