The Season 2 premiere of Dance Moms aired last night and became the program’s most watched telecast ever with 2.5 million viewers! Online, Dance Moms continued to build momentum on myLifetime.com, with last night’s premiere driving 187,000 unique visitors to the show’s minisite, more than any Lifetime premiere on record, per Omniture.

The departure of Cathy and Vivi-Anne creates an opportunity for Abby to change the make up of her dance group with a big open audition. Holly's busy career schedule forces her to miss Nia's rehearsals and competitions, which Abby sees as a lack of Dance Mom dedication. Abby has to come to terms with Chloe's growing success.

Meet Jill -- she's a dance mom squared! About Jill and Kendall: Happily married for 19 years, Jill has three beautiful daughters and two of them are currently enrolled in the Abby Lee Dance Company. A dancer at heart, Jill was very involved in dance and gymnastics as a young girl and took up competitive cheerleading in high school and went on to cheer for the University of Pittsburgh. Jill is a strong believer that dance gives her children a sense of empowerment when it comes to self esteem and teaches them self discipline at a young age.
